Coaching
Support for living more authentically & intentionally
Coaching is a collaborative, strengths-based space for turning insight into action.
Together, we’ll identify the internal and external barriers that may be getting in the way of the life you want to live and develop practical strategies for moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding yourself—your values, patterns, strengths, needs, and goals—and creating space to make choices that feel more authentic and aligned.
Coaching may support you with:
Personal growth and life transitions
Wellness and lifestyle changes
ADHD and executive functioning
Recovery-supportive lifestyle and routines
Goal-setting and accountability
Stress management and healthy coping
Relationships and communication
Boundaries
Values clarification and authentic self-expression
Coaching is practical and collaborative. You remain the expert on your own life, while I provide structure, reflection, encouragement, and accountability to help you move toward what matters to you.
Coaching vs. Therapy
Coaching and therapy are different services.
Coaching is a non-clinical service focused on personal growth, skill development, accountability, and future-oriented goals. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental-health or substance-use disorders and is not a replacement for psychotherapy, medical care, psychiatric care, or substance-use treatment.
If clinical concerns arise during coaching, I may recommend that you seek additional support from an appropriately qualified professional. Coaching may continue alongside outside clinical care when the coaching goals remain within the scope of a non-clinical coaching relationship.
